El Paso County ESD #1’s Comprehensive Annual Report (CAFR) is prepared in accordance to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and standards set forth by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The annual report is prepared by an independent auditor contracted by ESD #1.
